Some may think 6 months is a silly thing to make such a big deal of but those that know my initial goal was to blog for 3o consecutive days this is beyond my craziest dreams.  Once I had accomplished 30 days I set my sights on having at least 50 followers…

In 6 months I have posted 200 posts, have many loyal readers that comment every day,many that lurk and that is totally fine with me (but I do wish that SOME DAY you peak out and just say hi) and a total of 139 140 followers.

I am ecstatic!  Not to mention so totally freaking happy and THAT is why I wanted to make a big deal out of 6 months!!!

The party officially started yesterday with my 200th post and it will end next Sunday with the announcement of door prize WINNERS...there will be 6!

I just want to have a fun week. I will be posting my normal posts and participating in my “normal” memes but hoping to have a little more flair…and funkadelic goodness mixed in..

Speaking of Meme’s I’ve been participating in Getting To Know You over at Mannland5 the last few Sundays.

1. If you could star in any movie genre..what would it be..romance..horror..comedy..suspense or action?

I asked my husband what he thought.  He said I was emotional and would do best in a Ro-medy, apparently a mix between comedy and romance.  The story of our life no doubt!

2. Do you recycle?

I could say yes but really all I do is set the recyclables in a pile or on the steps to go out to the garage.  Hubby does the rest!,br>

3. Have you ever been to a strip club?

Yes I have been to both female and male strip clubs.  It was fun but definitely just one of those things I do only once.

4. Do you have a nickname?

I don’t know, do I?  What do you call me?  Most people just call me Ker (Care) which I think is funny because my name is in no way a long name yet people find it necessary to shorten it even more.  Growing up I always wished I had some cool nickname but nothing seemed to stick.

5. What’s a name you can’t stand to be called?

B-I-T-C-H.  By all means call me out, tell me I’m acting like a bitch but if you straight out call me a bitch I see RED!!

6. What are your Summer staples?

This makes me think of a conversation I had with my Dad when I was in my teens.  I had heard him tell my Mom we needed to shopping for staples.  I remember thinking, “Why on earth do we need to shop for staples?”  I thought he meant staples for our stapler..and we needed to shop around for some.

7. What was the last thing you bought for yourself?

Headbands and little organizing bins.  I need new running sneakers…and I want a red shiny grill (lol, have I mentioned that before?)

8. Are you happy with your boob size?

I don’t really care too much about my boobs to be honest with ya.  It is what it is.
