Party Day 5
I’m gonna go with “pretty annoyed” for the general overall mood of yesterday.
The comment system had some hemorrhoid flare up and I suffered several missed comments.
This aggravates me!! No one shouldda dared to dampen my party week AND to top it all off
It was freakin TUESDAY – Comment-Love Letter Day…pre-tee smuckin ironic that my comment system would choose that
day to, not do it’s job!!!!!!! FAIL!!

I’m a girl. That’s what my birth certificate says. That’s what the doctors say. And well, I agree with them but there are days when I find myself thinking….was I supposed to be born a boy?
I’ll give you the data and let you ponder the question. K?
Here we go:
I don’t like shoes. Or purses. Or Jewelry. I think I just quieted the room.
All I hear are the crickets chirping in the background!
I wear these

This is my purse
and I wear my wedding rings, mother ring and charm bracelet
that’s it. I never ask for jewelry.
I love comfy clothes. I hardly buy new. I bought a pair of like new American Eagle Jeans for $7 yesterday. They fit awesome. I’ll pair it with one of my favorite t-shirts:
and be wearing a classic Kerri outfit.
I don’t wear make up. If I do it’s a smear of mascara and a stroke of blush to each cheek. I rarely style my hair. Wash. dry and comb.
I love me some beer but not just any beer will do. I need darker then light but not darker then dark. A nice medium pale ale—say, Magic Hat #9…..yeah, mmm mmmm good.
Oh, but don’t dirty a glass. I like my beer in the bottle.
I’ve never swooned and I”m not really lovey dovey. I like to hold hands in public. A few love taps. But I’m not a big all up in your face I want your attention on me type of girl. I save that behavior for later.
I burp and fart – and I say excuse me and move on. I’m not going to get a stomach ache because you might think I’m unattractive or trashy. I don’t let it rip or anything. Well, I’m pretty good at burping. Farting has become more intermittent. But I definitely am not one of those girls who never pass gas in front of their men because they don’t want to be thought of like that. I say it goes in, it’s gotta come back out.
I really don’t care how much I weigh. I was over weight my entire child hood and then was up and down through the next 10 years of my life. The only time I really cared that I was over weight was when everyone found it necessary to point it out to me. I rarely watch what I eat or think about it for that matter. I enjoy food. If I notice my pants getting tight I give up the donuts for a few days.
I love Monster Truck Shows and can not wait to take my boys to one.
I love loud music. Rock music. Dance music. I love to feel the energy around me when I’m dancing. I’m not a slow flowy dancer. I want to move and have fun and be crazy.
I am way more comfortable around guys. And never really feel like myself when I’m in a group of girls.
I asked Darren why he thought I wasn’t more successful at having longer girl friend friendships.
“You’re just not a typical girl.”
Nope. I guess I’m not.
I’m okay with that.
Who wants to be TYPICAL? anyway.

Nope – not typical! I’m with you right up until the beer (yuk!)
I am right there with you on so many of these. I live in flip flops, jeans and tshirts. I have exactly one purse (if you don't count the diaper bag which for a really long time doubled as a purse) and the only reason I carry one is because I used to carry everything in my pockets which really bugged JP, lol. I do wear a tiny bit of make up but I never learned how to apply it properly so it's usually just some powder to take away the shine, a teensy bit of eyeshadow so I don't look like a vampire and then the obligatory mascara. I also never style my hair, unless blowdrying and the same two bobbypins to pull back my bangs count as styling. I also burp and fart, I try to refrain in public but I do it at home all the time. It's funny because the only time I've ever heard JP fart is in his sleep and he'll deny it if you ask. I just went to my first monster truck show a few months ago and it was awesome! And I'm pregnant right now so I can't drink beer but I do love me some Newcastle when I'm not knocked up

I love my totally not typical girl in our totally not typical life.
I used to have "dress up" for work and I enjoyed it but also couldn't wait to get home and get back into ME. I like to shop for home goods…maybe the only thing that I like that's "girly"

Well, I was with you about 3/4 of the way through the list. I barely even wear my wedding ring (oops). But the monster trucks and beer, not quite there, but so what, right? You ARE female…you are just more au natural…be proud!

I am a plain jane girl! But I do have things I do even being plain…I do wear makeup…I look like crap without it. I also am self conscious of my weight but I like food so have a bit of a chubby look. Going to try and resolve that issue soon. I just need to find my motivation…AGAIN!
This could totally have been a blog about me!! lol…I love being a non-girly girl..My summer days are not complete unless I have dirt under my nails!! Hmmm…maybe we are sisters?? Wow, if we were, what a small world!!

we could have some fun…I wear jeans, t's, flip flops and rarely wear make up, I hate getting jewlery, flowers, perfume and I only by cloth purses, I like my sneakers and my chucks…only when it is cold like 40 or below, I have nauturally curly hair and 98% of the time I slap some gel in it and go…Beer or ritas the occasional shot of jack but I have to have beer as a chaser… I like outside I don't mind sweating and I can be one of the guys I love sports and I am more informed about college football than most men =)
