I have a grumpy gus every morning too! I have been letting him stay home while I run Em to the church for Summer Hummer…20 minutes total. Today he stomped his feet because Dad ate his doughnut from 2 days ago…

I know exactly how it feels to be a mom! I couldn't do PYHO either. My uncle died this week and I am too raw after 2 funerals in the last 2 weeks. I had to go light with a wordless wednesday post.

It's so crazy how we love to be by ourselves, but then feel guilty and sad for missing out on part of our kids' day. I have to work full time, so I feel that every day! Great post.

I've done the same thing, enjoying a trip to Wal Mart as if I was really doing something. And then praying they'd be asleep when I got home. Only to go snuggle with them when I got home.
Some days, you' just have to drown out the noise!

Sounds like a day in the life over here! I have thought the very same thing about the "no" before. In fact, I have said to mine after being told no by them "then the next time you ask me for something the answer will be no." Of course it's very mature of me, and it didn't even work!

Ugh, sounds exactly like the last couple of days at my house……except I didn't get to go out shopping by myself….I did however get a couple hours to myself yesterday and I spent them cleaning. But it was so worth it because I got to listen to the radio and my house is beautiful now (lets see how long that lasts, lol).
