It’s a new year and the most common goal for many is to lose weight, eat better and get in shape.

“Live a healthier, trimmer, more youthful, and energetic
life—STARTING TODAY—is Stefan Aschan’s
philosophy.”

In Stefan Aschan’s Alpine Weight Loss Secrets you will find a new way to approach the entire diet/exercise philosophy.

In 11 brilliant chapters that range from mental preparation to perfect posture to strength training and how to get that flat belly, Stefan explains how the lifestyles of those living in an Alpine Village environment paired with scientific research and his 17 years working as a nutrition and exercise coach can revamp not only the way you diet and exercise but the way you approach it as well.

This is not another diet book.

Trust me, it isn’t.

This book is written to not only change your lifestyle (years of habits) but also the way you think about nutrition and exercise.  Guided by worksheets to address past issues and assess future goals, beautifully illustrated and explained exercises, examples of menu plans, workout guidelines and many delicious sounding recipes, Stefan walks you through the entire process as only your very own personal trainer can.

There are exercises I have never seen and foods I have never heard of in this book.  I especially like Stefan’s mental approach because without motivation and support your goal of achieving better eating habits and a new exercise regimen is almost destined to fail from the beginning.

Trust me, there is something NEW in this book for everyone.  Stefan has such an amazing approach and a knack for explaining why certain things WILL work and why others simply do not.

“Eat More Sunshine”

“Focus Your Mind, flex your mental muscle, and the rest will follow”

“How much light food do you eat each day?”

I will admit that I was surprised by this book, with all the media and hype about diets and fitness it’s hard to find something that isn’t like all the others.

How we all wish there was a single secret to weight loss. Unfortunately, losing weight is not as easy as tucking in a nice barbecue chicken. As mentioned in your post "mental preparation" is essential to weight loss success.
